Destination 31 is an Egyptian-based travel company that is specialized in adventure travel, ecotourism and extreme sports in Egypt and all around the globe. Our journey began in 2009 when 2 friends with a strong passion for adventure travel & extreme sports wanted to share the rapture of traveling off-the-beaten-path through creative travel itineraries that are designed to give the utmost experience away from mass tourism and resort-based packages in some of the most beautiful landscapes on Earth!
Our journeys are a combination of amazing nature, daring activities and indigenous cultures from all over our planet. What is Adventure Travel?
Activities may include: Mountaineering, Hiking, Trekking, Rafting, Canyoning, Kayaking, Canoeing, Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, Ziplining, Paragliding, 4WD Safaris, Abseiling, Caving and more… These activities usually have a degree of risk and they take place in different types of ecosystems such as mountains, canyons, jungles, deserts, lakes, rivers, oceans and others.
Adventure Travel is a type of tourism that usually involves exploration, physical activities, cultural interactions, road trips and engagement with nature. It usually requires stepping outside of the comfort zone, good fitness levels and an open mind that is welcoming to off-the-beaten-path experiences.

Why 31?
When we first started planning for our adventure travel company, we wanted to have a name that would represent us with an adventurous twist. Being an Egyptian-based adventure travel company and with both the latitude and the longitude of the Nile Delta are at 31°00’00”, the name Destination 31 came to life in which we identify ourselves as the main hub for creative adventures and journeys in Egypt and around the World.
